Product Quality Control

-Appearance: 100% Visual Inspection and Sensory Analysis Test to detect physical defects

-Dimensions: Instrumental Measurements Analysis to ensure product meets artwork specifications

-Stability: Adhesion Test, Press/Rub Test, Vacuum Test, and Heat Seal Test to test the product’s level of pressure and heat resistance

-Compatibility: Leakage Test, Closure Torque Test, Seal Integrity Test, Compatibility Test (between ingredients and the packaging), Compatibility Test (between printed inks/coatings and the packaging) to ensure that all components and decorations are compatible

-Customer Usability: Check and ensure that all components function correctly and harmoniously

We have a total number of eight national patents, with one invention patent. Our product “high-strength composite plastic” was cited as a High-tech Product of Guangdong Province in 2018.

We offer creative solutions, technical support, mechanical drawings, concept renderings, and 3D model technologies, all of which are intended to make your entry into custom molding and tooling as quick and easy as possible.

Packaging and Warehousing

After passing all the QC tests and inspections, our products are packed in safe packages, stored in our warehouse, and delivered in a timely manner.
